Founded in February 2014, SUMODEL aimed to bring high quality water resources and engineering solutions integrated with a high technology digital services. The company was founded by Danish Hydraulics Institute (DHI Group) as a branch office in Turkey in order to provide global services in local environment. In 2018 shares of the company was purchaed by our current Managing Director in charge, and the brand was transformed into SUMODEL as a 100% local corporation. Company continues to provide niche solutions in water resources modelling field such as; flood hazard modeling, drought monitoring, flood early warning systems, groundwater modeling, coastal modelling, etc.
